Stegosaurus toy on GTTC The Falls
Stegosaurus appeared in several Primal Carnage promotional material. However, it never appeared in the game, aside from a small toy that can be found on a desk in Point D in the Get to the Chopper edition of The Falls.
In Primal Carnage: Extinction[]
The updated Stegosaurus model by MrTroodon
Stegosaurus can be seen as an NPC on the Get To The Chopper map Ruthless and its snowy variant, and the community maps Sandstorm Valley and Deadtide. On Ruthless and Sandstorm Valley, a lone Stegosaurus can be seen walking alongside an adult and juvenile Parasaurolophus. Meanwhile, on Deadtide, Stegosaurus can be seen in the background of the map's customization menu. Stegosaurus also appears as a stationary corpse on several maps, serving as a healing station for dinosaur players.
When PC:E first came out, the Stegosaurus used the old model used in the first Primal Carnage, but in 2020, a new model made by community artist MrTroodon was implemented into the game and replaced the old in-game model. However, the old model can still be found in the game's level editor.
